Cultural program

Organizing committee will arrange a walking city tour after a lunch on October 10th (Thursday). The detail information will be posted some later. The city tour is covered by the registration fee and available for all the SRNS-2024 participants. 

Additionally, Organizing committee invites all participants to the Extra-day excursion tour on October 12 (Saturday) to visit the Leaning Tower of Nevyansk (a brief review can be found via the link http://www.morrish.co.uk/news/97-the-leaning-tower-of-nevyansk-and-old-sable-russian-wrought-iron.html ) and pottery workshop in Verkhnie Tavolgi village. The Extra-day excursion tour is not included into the registration fee. 

The program of the Extra-day excursion tour

8:00 – 10:00 Breakfast at the hotel

10:00-12:00 Departure on a country excursion to Nevyansk town (near 80 km from Ekaterinburg)

12:30 – 13:30 Excursion to the Leaning Tower of Nevyansk

13:00 – 14:00 Lunch in a cafe in Nevyansk.

14:00 – 14:30 Transfer to Verkhnie Tavolgi village.

14:30 – 16:30 A sightseeing tour and master classes (on the potter's wheel, casting a product in a plaster mold, painting a product) in the pottery workshop.

16:30 Departure to Ekaterinburg

18:30 Arrival in Ekaterinburg.

At the request of the participants, the Extra-day excursion tour can be prolonged for a few days:

• 2 days / 1 night (from 11.10 to 12.10) - cost 17,800 rubles.
• 3 days / 2 nights (from 11.10 to 13.10) - cost 25,300 rubles.

(Dinner 1,100 rubles per day is not included in the price)
